What is Guinea Pig Pak?

Guinea Pig Pak is a guinea pig subscription box filled with a spacious hideout, an enrichment activity, a toy, and a tasty treat delivered directly to your door each month. Every box is designed to bring enrichment and joy to your piggies.

What does a subscription box mean?

A subscription means you’ll automatically receive a new Guinea Pig Pak each month. Your subscription renews automatically, so you don’t need to place a new order every month. You can cancel or skip an upcoming Pak through your account before your next renewal date. 

When does the Pak ship?

Guinea Pig Pak ships on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a Sunday or holiday, we will ship the box on the following business day. All orders placed before the 10th will receive the current month's box. Orders placed after the 10th will be shipped the following month.  For example, if you order on the 24th, your first box will ship on the 10th of the next month. 

When do items from the Piggy Shop tab ship?

One time orders ship in 3-5 days.

Where is Guinea Pig Pak located?

We are based in southern California.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please note, all pricing on our website is in USD and there is shipping fee associated with orders shipping outside of the U.S. Guinea Pig Pak is not responsible for customs fees, delays, etc. Occasionally, customs does decline shipment. This is rare, please contact us directly should this happen. 

When is the renewal date?

For month-to-month subscriptions, your subscription will renew on the 20th of the month after your first shipment and will continue to renew on the 20th of each month until cancellation. This charge is for the following month's box.  

For three-month subscriptions, the renewal occurs on the 20th of the third month, after your third box has shipped. 

What if I don't want my box to renew?

Simply log in to your account prior to the 20th and select 'skip this month' or cancel your account to stop all future renewals.

If you cancel your subscription after a renewal has already taken place, you will still receive the order(s) associated with that renewal. This applies to both the month-to-month and three-month plans.

 If you cancel before the renewal date but still have a pending order, that order will still ship as scheduled. 

Canceling does not void an existing order—it only prevents future ones from being created. If you need help voiding an existing order, please reach out directly to us via email.

How do I change my address?

To update your address, log in to your account and follow these steps:  

1. Login to your account, scroll to "Shipping Address" in the center box, select "Edit," update your address, and click "Save."  

2. Return to your account details, click the "Your Subscriptions" box on the left-hand side, select "Edit," and update your new shipping address there as well.  

Please note: Once the Guinea Pig Pak ships on the 10th of the month, it is not possible to change the address for that shipment. Any address changes will apply to your next subscription.  

Ensure your address is correct before the shipment date. Guinea Pig Pak is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.  

If we receive your order back because of an incorrect, or an incomplete address - a refund will be issued less the shipment fee.

How do update my payment method?

To update your payment method, log in to your account and follow these steps:  

1. Scroll to "Payment Method" in the center box, click "Edit," and update the information by typing over the existing details.  

2. Return to your account details, select the "Your Subscriptions" box on the left-hand side, and confirm the correct payment method is selected.  

Always frequently inspect items. Remove as wear and tear occurs.  Any item showing wear or damage should be removed immediately and not used further.
